Yes. Every company on BuilderFlowPro operates in a completely isolated workspace. Your project data, estimates, client information, and financial records are never shared with or visible to other companies on the platform. We use database-level row security policies, TLS-encrypted connections, and role-based access controls. Your data belongs to you.
Yes. You can invite team members and assign them custom roles with granular permissions. BuilderFlowPro includes 168+ individual permissions across 14 modules — you control exactly what each person can see and do. Starter plans include 2 users, Professional includes 5, and Business includes 10. Additional users can be added on any plan for a per-user monthly fee.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
