Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What counts as a "user"?

Any person with a login to your BuilderFlowPro workspace — office staff, project managers, field supervisors. Subcontractors using the subcontractor portal and clients using the client portal do not count as users and are always free.

How does the AI scheduling add-on work?

Add it to your Starter or Professional plan for $49/mo and get unlimited AI-generated Gantt schedules powered by Claude AI. Describe your project scope and the AI builds a full schedule with task dependencies. It's included free on Business plans.

Is QuickBooks integration included in all plans?

QuickBooks Online sync is available on Professional and Business plans. It syncs clients, invoices, and payments two-ways so your books stay current without double-entry.

What happens after my free trial?

At the end of your 14-day trial you'll be asked to pick a plan. Your data is always yours — you can export everything as CSV at any time, on any plan.

Do subcontractors and clients pay extra?

No. Subcontractors invited to your subcontractor portal and clients given access to the client portal are completely free, unlimited. Only your internal team members count toward your user count.
