These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BuilderFlowPro construction management software platform, including our website at builderflowpro.com and the application at app.builderflowpro.com. By using BuilderFlowPro, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using BuilderFlowPro, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to bind your company to these Terms, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
BuilderFlowPro is a cloud-based construction management software platform that provides tools for estimates, invoicing, budget tracking, change order management, subcontractor bid management, project management, and related construction business workflows.
To use BuilderFlowPro, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
One account per company. You may invite team members to your workspace under your subscription plan limits.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features in your selected plan tier. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be paused unless you choose a paid subscription. Trial accounts are limited to one per company.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

You retain all ownership rights to your construction project data, estimates, invoices, client information, and other content you upload to BuilderFlowPro. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.
Your data is isolated in your own workspace and is not shared with or accessible to other companies using the platform.
You may export your data at any time through the platform. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support@builderflowpro.com.
BuilderFlowPro and its software, design, features, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the platform as described herein.
BuilderFlowPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the platform at your own risk.
BuilderFlowPro is a project management tool. Any financial estimates, budgets, or projections generated within the platform are based on data you provide and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Always verify critical financial data independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuilderFlowPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the platform or contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the platform with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of BuilderFlowPro after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
